WORKING PRINCIPLE :
In this system with 4 filters, the powder escaping from the powdering chamber is collected on the filters by the Blower motor with high flow suction power by vacuuming. The powder on the filters is cleaned by pistons isolated from the dusty environment by means of bellows with a reverse pressure system. Thus, the powders remaining in the powder chamber, except for those remaining on the cable, are recycled and the system operates in a closed circuit. Compared to compressed air cleaning, the system produces a minimum level of dust. The injector suction speed is adjusted with the help of pneumatic regulators according to the spraying speed and the product diameter to be coated. One or two guns can be used simultaneously according to the line speed.
Electrostatically charged powder provides a strong, flat and equal bonding. Thus, the powder on the cable is ensured to remain on the product outside the machine. Humidity has a negative effect in electrostatic powder charging applications. In order to prevent this; a resistance is placed in the tank where the powder is placed. The control of the machine is carried out by the PLC. Input and output options that can be used on the line can be added according to the operator's request.
The electronic static main board and static guns are completely our own production. The machine's casing is processed and produced in our own sheet metal shop. The PLC software is programmed by our own engineers.
